The final E-5082 Resolution (DEER2022) was voted out on 2020-08-27.

Two webinars were held on August 5, 2020 to present the contents of the E-5082 DRAFT Resolution (DEER2022 Update). The first webinar presented the updates to DEER for 2022 and the second webinar described the transition to Cal TF's eTRM as the data source of record for deemed measures. The combined slide decks are provided here.

The E-5082 DRAFT Resolution (DEER2022) and comment instruction letter was posted for review/comment on July 21, 2020. A webinar was conducted to present and discuss these updates on August 5, 2020 and comments were due by August 12, 2020.

The DEER2022 Scoping Memo is available for review and comment at https://pda.energydataweb.com/#!/documents/2372/view as of 2020-04-21. Comments were due by 2020-05-04.
